Dear Tenants:

We are writing to inform you, out of an abundance of caution, that on 11/19/2020 a tenant on our 7th floor reported that they tested positive for COVID-19. The individual has registered the result with the NY COVID Health app. website.  The individual advised that they were last in the building on Tuesday Nov. 17 briefly during off-hours and was not in contact with any other tenants.
